There's a website downtime on Tuesday 10th December starting at 9:00am (CET) and lasting for about 6 hours.
Since we're upgrading the platform behind the logged in dashboard and support site, things will work a bit differently.
Firstly, instead of the usual few minutes, we will need a bit more time. Remember log-in and syncing won't be available during this time. Please save your workouts on your Smart Run, mobile or Pacer and sync when we're back up.
Secondly, once the website is back up we will need another 4 hours to get everything uploaded on the support site. Please bear with us whilst we work on getting everything back up and running smoothly during this time.
